Liturgical Ministries

The Liturgical Ministries folder is on the Ministries Shared Drive.

Church service volunteers are scheduled by the parish administrator on Ministry Scheduler Pro from Rotunda Software. The Help Center has online documentation, training videos and webinars. Every quarter, parishioners are asked for the times they are unavailable. Then the software schedules them for their volunteer roles and the parish administrator informs them by email of their schedule. If someone cannot make their schedule, the software allows them to ask for a substitute (SUB) and others can volunteers to fill the spot.

Our latest schedule is here. You can see who is scheduled to serve at a church service. If you are a logged in as an administrator for Ministry Scheduler Pro it will not show the schedule, as you can see that in the app.

Each liturgical ministry has its own folder with a separate Plan and ToDo List.
