Ask Google

Your first stop for technical help is to ask your search engine for the answer. In your web browser, just type your question in the search bar. Google Search often uses AI for answers and will give detailed instructions with links to resources. 

Some users with @ccpvw.org email addresses will also have "Ask Gemini" in a Chrome browser which will allow you to ask questions using AI in a window on the right-hand side of the screen. It may use information from the page you are looking at to give it context.
